About the Role
Wasabi is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our ANZ Sales Team. This role involves driving adoption of Wasabi’s next-generation hot cloud storage through proactive prospecting and strong closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond promptly to warm inbound leads through email and phone outreach
- →Manage the full sales cycle to close opportunities with small/mid business prospects
- →Partner with Channel Account Managers to support channel opportunities and help drive deal closures
- →Encourage existing customers to expand their use of Wasabi’s cloud storage solutions
- →Conduct warm outbound calls to prospects within defined target markets
- →Build strong rapport with customers and earn their trust through consultative engagement
- →Generate free-trial accounts and book qualified meetings to support the broader sales teams
- →Disciplined in maintaining accurate, detailed records in the CRM system
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of technology inside sales experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- ✓Background in backup, storage with channel management experience is advantageous
- ✓Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth, start-up environment
- ✓A self-starter, comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- ✓Highly driven, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
- ✓Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Disciplined in planning, organization and goal setting
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Candidates based in Sydney, Australia are preferred
