Key Responsibilities
- βDrive new client acquisition and market share within the rental real estate market
- βBuild and manage a robust pipeline in CRM
- βEstablish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- βOwn the full sales cycle from lead to close
- βEducate prospective customers on the value of Flex
- βNavigate key decision makers to build awareness within organizations
- βInitiate, negotiate, and close new and expansion contracts
- βCollaborate with the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans
Requirements
- β3+ years of sales experience
- βConsistent track record of quota attainment
- βAbility to quickly develop relationships with middle management and ownership
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βAbility to be flexible and adaptive
- βSkilled at phone, email, and social media prospecting
