About the Role
We are looking for a People Ops Excellence Manager to strengthen and scale our People Operations foundation. This role focuses on building operational reliability through clean processes, strong systems usage, and high data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and improve core People Ops processes end-to-end (onboarding, employee changes, off-boarding, documentation, approvals)
- →Build scalable standards across workflows, templates, and operational handoffs
- →Improve how we use HR systems by strengthening workflows, permissions, templates, and adoption
- →Coordinate and validate payroll inputs for Germany and the US
- →Coordinate core occupational safety processes in Germany
- →Be a trusted operational partner to Finance, IT, and People colleagues
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Operations
- ✓Strong process mindset and love for operational quality
- ✓Experience working with HR systems and improving workflows
- ✓Confidence working with data and maintaining high standards of accuracy
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and clear communication
- ✓Willingness to work onsite in Darmstadt 4 days per week
