About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Program Manager to join Formlabs, a company that builds 3D printing tools for various industries. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and deploy manufacturing processes for Formlabs products.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead cross-functional teams to deliver against program requirements and resolve critical blockers
- βDrive programs by identifying risks and blockers proactively
- βPrepare regular leadership presentations and reports on program readiness
- βEnsure production starts and ramps as fast as possible
- βDesign and implement scalable production readiness frameworks
- βBalance action with strategic Operations program planning
- βBuild and manage relationships with suppliers
- βBalance tactical execution with long-term operational strategy
Requirements
- βB.S. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, electrical, computer science, or related field)
- βWillingness and ability to travel internationally & domestically ~10-20%
- βExperience working in Operations; program management, manufacturing, supply chain, vendor management, procurement or similar environment
- βIndependent, self-starter with strong strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities
- βExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
