About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant, Mid Market to join Motive. This role is responsible for building customer relationships and delivering value during the first phase of the customerβs journey with Motive. The position involves effectively onboarding new customers by implementing Motive technology, ensuring early product adoption, and educating customers on the value of our Motive product, features, and AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase, focusing on our larger customers.
- βGuide new customers through initial hardware/software setup and system training to ensure a timely and successful onboarding/product adoption.
- βDemonstrate excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as support, engineering, sales, and product management to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- βHandle a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries.
- βBuild customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- β3+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
- βDemonstrate Salesforce proficiency and your ability to use data to inform engagement plans.
- βDemonstrate a clear understanding of what success looks like for customers and Motive.
- βEffective listening and problem-solving skills.
- βExcellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- βProven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism.
- βDocumentation, Data analysis, Reporting, SQL, and Salesforce experiences are a plus.
- βExperience with fintech and spend management technology is a plus.
- βAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel.
- βAbility to create presentations, project plans, SAAS/Fintech implementation plans and monitor progress and productivity on it.
- βStrong business background including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills.
- βReceptive to feedback, willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement.
