About the Role
We are looking for an Office & Community Manager to support iwoca's People Strategy by maintaining and improving our four office spaces in London, Leeds, Berlin, and Frankfurt. This role involves ensuring a strong community of employees and managing day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and continuously improve our four office spaces
- →Ensure a strong community of employees both within and outside office spaces
- →Coordinate food deliveries, handle visitors, and liaise with building management
- →Manage agreements and contracts with suppliers
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Liaise with landlords and estate agents for office space requirements
- →Plan and implement changes to office spaces
- →Plan and deliver events to maintain community across employees
- →Deliver a schedule of events throughout the year to keep the community connected
Requirements
- ✓At least two years of experience in a similar Office/Community Manager role
- ✓Experience planning and delivering whole company events
- ✓Proactive and able to anticipate potential issues
- ✓Experience handling the end-to-end process for an office move or building a new office space
- ✓Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier and vendor relationships
- ✓Strong desire to help people and make yourself useful
- ✓Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- ✓Creativity to bring fresh ideas for office spaces and community
- ✓Great stakeholder management and ability to build trust and alignment
- ✓Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
