About the Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Kiva Sales & Service. This role focuses on developing existing accounts and acquiring new customers throughout California while working closely with suppliers, logistics, and technology teams to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of 100+ accounts across multiple states
- →Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to develop assigned territory
- →Proactively manage high volume of customer requests via email, text, and phone
- →Team with supplier brands to build strategies and achieve quarterly KPIs
- →Manage E-comm orders using Leaflink platform
- →Become expert with company's ERP system
- →Generate and develop sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years sales experience in cannabis and/or wine & spirits
- ✓Experience managing territory/portfolio of up to 150 accounts
- ✓Call center experience is ideal
- ✓Hyper-organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- ✓Experience providing excellent customer service
- ✓Proficient in Google Suite (ERP experience is a plus)
- ✓Proven experience handling high volume incoming sales calls, emails, and texts
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Experience working with well-recognized brand name company preferred
- ✓Must reside in California
- ✓Work Environment
- ✓Fully remote position with daily camera requirement for meetings
- ✓Comfortable conducting virtual video sales pitches with camera on
- ✓May require occasional travel to partner facilities
