About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Development team at Make.com. This role is crucial for driving growth by identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and engage with strategic business accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
- →Generate new sales opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- →Become a subject matter expert in automation and integration to effectively communicate Make.com’s value to potential customers.
- →Research and develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers at top prospect accounts.
- →Maintain an organized book of business and consistently track engagement using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS sales.
- ✓1+ years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or tech environment.
- ✓Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- ✓Languages: English (mandatory); German or Dutch is an advantage.
- ✓High energy & self-motivation – thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
