About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Make.com, a leading visual platform for designing, building, and automating tasks and workflows. This role is crucial for driving growth by identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and engage with strategic business accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
- →Generate new sales opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- →Become a subject matter expert in automation and integration to effectively communicate Make.com’s value.
- →Research and develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
- →Maintain an organized book of business and track engagement using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS sales.
- ✓1+ years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or tech environment.
- ✓Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- ✓High energy and self-motivation – thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ✓Problem-solving mindset – think creatively and find ways to engage decision-makers.
