About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, revenue-focused Channel Partnerships Manager to join Make, a leading visual platform for designing, building, and automating tasks and workflows. This role involves owning and accelerating strategic channel partnerships, working with partners like Monday.com and AWS, and creating a GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategic Planning and GTM: Own the Joint Business Plan, development, and GTM for channel partners.
- →Co-sell Pipeline & Revenue: Drive the development of partner-sourced co-sell pipeline and ARR.
- →Co-Sell Execution: Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to facilitate day-to-day deal execution.
- →Enablement: Design and deliver programmatic enablement for partner sales teams.
- →Partner Recruitment: Work with Solution Partner Managers to recruit and onboard new Solution Partners.
- →Marketing Alignment: Execute demand generation campaigns and events with the Partner Marketing team.
- →Relationship Orchestration & Territory Management: Act as a central connector within the Monday.com ecosystem.
Requirements
- ✓Channel Strategy Experience: Strong background in SaaS Partnerships, sales, or GTM.
- ✓Co-Selling Mastery: Proven ability to navigate large partner organizations and drive co-sell motions.
- ✓Ecosystem Expertise: Experience working with Monday.com or AWS sellers or customers.
- ✓Relationship Superpower: Ability to build trust quickly and maintain it.
- ✓Strategic & Operational: Ability to switch between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
