About the Role
We are looking for an SMB Account Manager to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on high-velocity sales and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive significant revenue growth within assigned SMB portfolio by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention targets
- →Partner with Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption and identify growth opportunities
- →Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor
- →Conduct regular account health reviews with customers
- →Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses to uncover opportunities for our solution
- →Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts to leadership
- →Maintain CRM hygiene by updating opportunities and account information
- →Serve as a passionate advocate for PandaDoc, demonstrating product value to customers
- →Act as a key conduit for customer feedback to our Product team
