Key Responsibilities
- →Acquire and onboard new customers to impact market segment share
- →Maintain a strong lead funnel of high-value customers and pitch Payoneer offerings to CXOs
- →Explore new business segments and define Go-To-Market strategies
- →Generate and achieve monthly forecasts and exceed targets in client acquisition and GMV
- →Drive customer acquisition activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums
- →Create and articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services
- →Interact with senior management to ensure unit objectives are met
- →Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in business development, service/solution sales, or account management, especially in payments, ecommerce, or large merchant acquisitions
- ✓Track record of meeting and exceeding business goals
- ✓Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs
- ✓Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
- ✓Ability to manage a team and work on individual targets
- ✓Analytical and data-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- ✓Proficient in email, with strong written and verbal communication skills
