About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to join Pinterest's People Strategy & Operations team. This high-visibility, cross-functional role will focus on driving planning, execution, and governance for the People organization, managing a $70M+ budget and portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end management of the People organization budget, including monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
→Design and evolve People 'Book of Work' frameworks and processes to ensure projects and programs are prioritized and resourced effectively.
→Manage the People Portfolio of Projects in Asana, including setup, taxonomy, templates, and ongoing governance.
→Build and maintain standard reporting dashboards for the People team in Asana.
→Lead complex, cross-functional analyses across the People portfolio and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related field, or 8+ years experience in similar roles.
✓Experience managing and forecasting complex budgets of at least $25M.
✓Proven track record in portfolio, program, and project management.
✓Deep expertise with Asana, including designing portfolios, templates, workflows, and dashboards.
✓Experience with capacity planning processes and annual planning cycles.
✓Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
✓Stakeholder management experience across functions.
