About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Corporate Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is essential in supporting our efforts to hire top talent for our Finance, Legal, People & Administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive full-cycle hiring for roles across Finance, Legal, People, and Administrative functions
- →Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities
- →Create best-in-class candidate experiences that reflect Robinhood’s culture and values
- →Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies
- →Provide clear, consistent communication and insights to business partners
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- ✓Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- ✓Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
