About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pleo. This role focuses on accelerating our sales pipeline and driving early-stage sales success as part of a high-growth team.

Key Responsibilities

→Build pipeline through cold calling, social, and email outreach to senior finance leaders
→Qualify potential deals by understanding customer needs before passing them to Account Executives
→Use best-in-class tools for creative and effective prospecting strategies
→Share best practices to foster team learning and collective success
→Proactively drive results and seek new ways to go the extra mile

Requirements

✓Previous professional experience of at least 1 year, preferably in sales, finance, consulting, or customer-facing roles
✓Driven and ambitious mindset with a focus on growing quickly in sales
✓Comfortable with cold calling and connecting with senior leaders
✓Strong collaboration skills and a desire to help colleagues succeed
✓Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, ready to learn and grow
✓Complete fluency in English
