About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to maintain good relations with our clients. This role will report directly to the Customer Support Supervisor and focus on client communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate efficiently with clients: providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages
- →Handle sensitive issues, such as politely reminding clients about overdue invoices
- →Help clients use our online platform and encourage them to explore its functions
- →Resolve client concerns related to service requests, order status, documentation, invoice coordination, reports, and general inquiries
