About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale our global Go-To-Market operations. This strategic role partners with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
- →Own forecasting, pipeline, churn, and QBR reviews
- →Monitor pipeline health and GTM KPIs across segments and regions
- →Design and manage AE, AM, and BD compensation plans, quotas, territories, and commission structures
- →Oversee deal desk, commission operations, and GTM budgets
- →Ensure CRM accuracy and data integrity to support reliable reporting
- →Build and deliver executive and board-level GTM reporting
- →Optimize GTM processes, systems, and tools
- →Partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other functions
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- ✓Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to the Board
- ✓Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and CRM-driven decision-making
- ✓Hands-on experience designing and managing sales compensation, quota, and incentive frameworks
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Highly analytical and data-driven, with excellent communication skills
