About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team at Semgrep. This role focuses on growing sales pipeline by prospecting into new accounts and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate interest, qualify, and convert a high volume of marketing leads into prospective customers
- →Achieve and exceed quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives
- →Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to Account Executives
- →Identify and analyze target prospects based on market, firmographic, and product signals
- →Utilize Semgrep’s systems and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach
- →Establish relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of experience in a quota-based Sales or Business Development role
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Self-starter with the ability to learn and follow standardized processes in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Growth mindset and ability to act on feedback quickly
- ✓Strong organization and time-management skills
