About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent & GDS to join our team at SIXT, a global leader in mobility. This role focuses on providing excellent service to travel agencies (B2B) during the reservation process, showcasing our premium brand and high-end vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support travel agencies through calls and emails regarding account setup, rates, commissions, products, services, and reservations
- →Resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring excellent customer experience from the first contact
- →Manage the agency database and provide support for its updates
- →Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth and high-quality customer experiences
- →Provide support and improve daily operations, offering solutions for continuous improvement
- →Participate in initiatives to optimize processes and foster agency loyalty
Requirements
- ✓Experience in providing excellent customer service in the tourism sector, particularly in reservation management
- ✓Commercial attitude and aptitude for telephone customer service
- ✓Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in office tools and/or reservation platforms. Knowledge of Amadeus is valued
- ✓Problem-solving attitude and focus on providing exceptional service
- ✓Proactive, results-oriented, and able to prioritize during high-demand periods
