About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the B2P team at SIXT. This role focuses on building and expanding international partnerships to enhance SIXT's global mobility offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop international and global partnerships with a focus on profitability, growth, and strategic relevance
- →Analyze markets, partner portfolios, and potentials to identify new international business models and cooperation opportunities
- →Lead negotiations, develop joint concepts, and implement global marketing and sales initiatives with international partners
- →Manage partnership performance using clear KPIs, derive data-driven optimization measures, and drive revenue and profit growth
- →Coordinate global initiatives in alignment with SIXT country organizations and franchise partners
Requirements
- ✓Successfully completed a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable field
- ✓Relevant experience in online marketing, business development, sales, or consulting, ideally in an international context
- ✓Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex KPIs into sound decisions
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset, strong self-motivation, and the ability to manage global stakeholders
- ✓Solid understanding of digital processes and platforms
- ✓Strong communication and negotiation skills in international partnerships, fluency in German and English
